Can I add a gift note?
Yes, you can add a gift note on the checkout page.
What if my order arrived damaged
Kindly email our Customer Care hello@outerspace.ph if you received a damaged item. Provide proof, photos, or a description of what happened. Rest assured, we always make sure that we handle and pack your orders with extra care.

Can I change or cancel my order

What is your return policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Orders must be returned in good condition, e.g., original packaging, unused, unopened. Limited edition, sample sets, and gifted items are not eligible for return. Other restrictions may apply.
How long does it take to process a return/refund?
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
Where's your product made?
Vegan, 100% natural soy & coconut wax blend, paraben-free, cruelty-free. We use both natural and synthetic ingredients. We have you covered from creation to manufacturing, materials, craftsmanship, service, experience, and sensibility.

How long does shipping take?
Orders within Metro Manila take 1 to 3 business days. Provincial orders take 3 to 7 business days.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently don’t ship internationally. We only ship in the Philippines. For more inquiries regarding international shipping, email us at hello@outerspace.ph.
What's the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your Outerspace account and reviewing your order history section by clicking ‘Account’> ‘Orders.’ If you checked out as a guest, check your email for shipping updates. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information. Be sure to check your Spam folder in case the email is not in your Inbox folder. If you did not receive an email notification from us, kindly contact our Customer Center at hello@outerspace.ph.
How do I change the shipping address on my order?
Kindly contact our customer Center hello@outerspace.ph before it ships. If your order is shipped out already, we can’t control changing the shipping address. Kindly contact the assigned courier directly for further instructions.
